Dr. Kate is a distinguished expert with a unique blend of experience as a primary and secondary teacher, a school psychologist, and a school principal. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology, has been a specialist assessor for students with disabilities in schools, gaining funding, and working with teachers and parents to address diverse student needs. Her deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by educators drives her leadership in the Superpower Teachers program. As the program’s visionary, Dr. Kate is passionate about empowering teachers to become “classroom detectives,” equipping them with practical, research-based strategies to address student learning and behavior challenges.
As an Educational & Developmental Psychologist, Jason has worked as a specialist researcher in learning disabilities. One of Dr Jason’s key roles is to find the cutting edge research and recommendations for all student social, emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties to ensure Superpower Teachers are kept up to date with the best interventions possible.
