Developing Healthy Habits

Here’s what will happen during this session:

In this live lesson, we will work as a community to increase mindfulness and improve mental health. Together, we will learn from each other and take action to develop healthy habits that will benefit us for a lifetime. Children will particularly benefit as they learn these habits that will improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Furthermore, everyone involved will gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and how to cope with them effectively.
