Happy, sad, scared, nervous, or excited? There are so many different ways to label our feelings, and they change often throughout our days!
Learning how to label our feelings is important because we need to be able to effectively communicate our emotions to others. Knowing how to tell others the way you feel is a strength, because it allows them to help you in times of need, or share in your joy when you are feeling happy.
Having the ability to identify emotions also makes us better at practicing empathy, or understanding the feelings of others. This is so important when making meaningful connections with others to show that you care.
Use the resource below to help your students practice identifying emotions in different scenarios!
